Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email regarding shipping within 10-15 business days to let you know your order is on the way.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 10 business days using UPS. Flat rate shipping fee of $90-$300 applies to orders shipping to Alaska & Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping to all 48 continental states (excludes Alaska & Hawaii). Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii includes a $XX surcharge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please contact us at orders@workplacewisdomcollective.com or at 503.784.0909 for custom shipping rates anywhere outside of the United States.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Workplace Wisdom Collective is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Any returns will need to be shipped back at the expense of the customer and will incur a 50% re-stocking fee. All products can be shipped to Workplace Wisdom Collective, 562 East Long Circle, Centennial, CO, 80122.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello @workplacewisdomcollective.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
